How to Order

How do I place my first order?

Click on the Join page and select Standard or Premium Membership category.  Once you have signed up and paid you will be able to access the online health club. You can also order and make payments for items within the shop. All payments are taken through a secure payment gateway.
 

What forms of payment can I use?

You can use credit card payments to pay for the Online Health Club or products from the shop. For clinic or business services you can pay by cheque, card, cash or bank transfer.
 

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have received a promotional code this can be used within the shop area. When you have selected a product to purchase add your promotional code to the shopping basket in the ‘Discount Code’ box. This will recalculate your order with the discounted amount.
 

Can I upgrade my membership?

If you are already a member login to your account and click on My Account page. Select the upgrade account link. An email will be sent to customer services who will contact you to set you up.
 

Can I cancel my order?

Login to your account and click on My Account page. Select Upgrade Account and from here you can select cancel account. An email will be sent to customer services to cancel your payment. If you pay monthly your following payment will be cancelled.  For yearly payments you will be charged monthly fees for the time used without discounts applied.

Cancellations for treatments requires 48 hours notice otherwise full treatment fees will apply. On cancellation of a payment plan you will require to pay all treatments used to date without discounts.

Refunds and Returns

What is your refund policy? 

You have 7 days to cancel your order and receive a full refund on subscriptions. No refunds will be made thereafter.

No refunds are made on downloads or treatments already taken. Refunds on treatments not taken will be made if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given.

You can cancel a treatment plan at any time. Full treatment costs of what you have used will need to be covered.

Refunds will be paid within 7-14 days.

Refunds will be made to the purchasing credit card. If the card has expired please let us know the expiry date so that we may expedite the refund.

 

Licenses and Guarantees

1. License

Upon your payment of our fees for digital content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the digital content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.

2. Restrictions

You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the service only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the digital content or other restricted use. You agree not to infringe the rights of the digital content's copyright owner Rumana Health Limited and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the digital content. You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the digital content. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, and reproduction or distribution rights for the digital content. You acknowledge that the digital content embodies the intellectual property of Rumana Health Limited and is protected by law.

3. Explicit Content

You agree that we have no liability to you for digital content you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.

4. Final Sale; Downloading and Risk of Loss; Availability of Digital Content

All sales of digital content are final. We do not accept returns of digital content. Once you have purchased digital content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it where necessary. If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact Rumana Health customer service. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.
